  * 14-man roster with max of 2 on DL.  
  * Keepers submit by 9 pm Friday 10/20/23 @ 9 pm. Keepers will be posted on draft page.  
  * 19-game schedule with 2 games (dates) per match-up.  
  * Each team will have 2 sets of double headers. Double headers begin in Week #2. No double headers during Week #5 & Week #9.  
  * Each team faces conference rivals twice and opposing conference once.  
  * Line-ups due Sunday; schedule runs Monday through Sunday. No line-up means defaulted (1st 2 dates) line-up from game #2 of previous week's line-up..   
  * If listing 2 players at one line-up spot without dates selected then first available dates will be used chronologically but not on same day.  
  * No player in game #1 can be used on Sunday. No player in game #2 can be used on Monday.  
  * If team submits line-up with 1st dates stipulated & a platoon in action, then 1st dates will apply.  
  * Only two pick-ups max allowed per week with worst record selecting 1st in each round.  
  * Players eligible for the DL must be listed to be out for at least a week or have been out for a week already. Day-to-day is not allowed.  
       
  * Line-ups consist of 2 Forwards; 2 Guards; 1 Center; 1 6th-man (any position); 1 OT; 1 Back-up Forward;  1 Back-up Guard; 1 Back-up Center; 1 Back-up 6th man  
  * All of the sixth-man's points will count in game but no bonuses.  
  * If starter fails to show, listed back-up appears on date chosen or first available date. Back-ups can be used only once per game.  
  * Back-ups can have dates chosen or automatically go first two dates.  
  * Back-ups can be used at multiple positions but only appear once per game.  
  * Using 2 back-ups at same position with no dates selected, then 1st back-up appears in earliest date possible followed by 2nd back-up on next available date.  
  * No player can be listed as OT and in any of back-up positions.  
  * Line-up corrections must be made to commissioner within same date of posted line-ups otherwise it will be at commissioner's discretion.  
       
  * Two changes per game - either dates or player including OT and back-ups. Changes must be made before tip-off time of affected game.  
  * There are no flip-flops; only changes!  
  * No changes allowed for either starters or back-ups once starters' or back-up's dates have occured.  
  * Back-ups can be placed in starting line-up provided he nor replaced player had not played. It counts as a change.  
  * Back-ups can be inserted into back-up if position is empty - counts as a change.  
  * A 2nd starting forward or guard can be replaced if needed due to injury and provided a back-up has already appeared for the 1st starter.  
       
  * Games tied after OT, uses highest-scoring back-up available for 2nd OT; followed by next-highest back-up for 3rd OT, then 4th highest for 4th OT;  
    and last available back-up for 5th.   
    If team does not have players available, then a zero (0) will be scored.  
  * If game still tied after five OT's, the team with highest-scoring point-totals for season before game began gets the win.  
  * Dates used will be dates selected or 1st dates available by player's team if not selected.  
  * No Trades for picks of any kind during the season. Trading deadline is midnight following Sunday Dec. 31st, 2023.  
  * Off-season trades may occur one week after NBA Finals.  
       
    For postseason only  
  * Seven teams qualify for postseason with best record getting 1st-round bye. Conference winners plus next best 5 regardless of conference.  
  * Re-seeding occures if necessary in semi-finals.  
  * Playoff berths determined by tiebreakers are as follows: Head-to-head; conference record (when applicable); point-differential; points scored;  
    point differential between the two teams; highest score in any game between the two teams. Ties within the conference are broken first!  
  * If three teams (or more) tied: Head-to-head (if one team has winning record over others, it gets in automatically); point-differential; points scored;  
    point-differential between teams; points scored; highest score in any game amongst the three tied teams; draw of cards.  
  * Rosters expand by 2 for playoff teams only. Players selected cannot be kept nor traded during off-season.  
  * Two OT players are required. If game still tied, higher-seeded team gets the win.  
  * Three changes allowed for higher-seeded team in each game.  
  * Rosters can be altered only between rounds unless a player can be placed on the DL. No activating until a series is over.  
  * Playoffs are best of 3 in 1st Round (Feb. 26th-Mar. 3rd); Best of 5 in Semi-Finals (Mar 4th-17th); Best of 5 in Championship (Mar. 18th-31st).
